These 6-8 Week, 18L Super Premium wine kits showcase age-old winemaking traditions as practiced in the finest grape growing regions of the world. RJSs' patented process ensures the juice provide will make an ultra premium wine. All kits contain 18 liters or 4.75 US Gallons of 100% pure varietal grape juice concentrate selected from vineyards around the world. Each kit yields 23 liters or 6 US gallons that is ready to bottle in 6-8 weeks..

Each kit contains grape juice concentrate plus all the necessary ingredients to make the specified amount of wine. The ingredients may include yeast, bentonite, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulfite and a fining agent. Some kits may also contain wine bottling labels, grape skins, oak, ederberries, currants and/or a flavoring pack..

RJS En Primeur kits are the best I have used. RJS adds lots of skins (and not the dried cheap stuff). If you want to take the En Primeur kit to another level, add Llalzyme EX-V, FT Rouge and Opti Red all at the start of fermentation and then add one pack of Super Smoother at bottling.
