Vileda supermocio microfiber and cotton mop and Bucket Set. Note: When fitting the mop head line up the mop head with the grooves in the handle and push on until it clicks into place.Please see below specific instructions on how to attach the mop head to the handle, which appears to be this customers issue: 1 - Place the mop head flat on the floor with the connector in the upright position 2 Place the handle over the connector and push down firmly.
