We do all the hard work for you (roasting, peeling, and packaging), then flash freeze your chile to ensure it stays fresh and ready to use throughout the year. All our frozen Hatch Green Chile is flame-roasted in the traditional New Mexican style, peeled by hand, and packaged in 1lb vacuum-sealed freezer bags. We ship frozen on dry ice in insulated containers, 5lbs at a time.

Our roasted, frozen Hatch Green Chile is available whole (flame-roasted and hand-peeled) or chopped (flame-roasted, hand-peeled, then de-stemmed, partially deseeded, and chopped in small squares) in Mild, Medium, and Hot.
