- UHT MILK COMPATIBLE - Use UHT milk with no heating step required; or use fresh milk heated to 82 C then cooled; 1 packet per 1 liter of milk
- GLUTEN-FREE & CLEAN - No artificial additives or preservatives; kefir naturally reduces lactose, making it easier to digest; store 3-5 days refrigerated
