Our macaroni and cheese is literally the G.O.A.T. mac and cheese. All of the wonderful benefits of goat milk, with none of the 'goat-y' flavor. Just delicious, creamy Mac. Our Original Cheddar flavor is dripping with cheddar goodness, and is easy on the tummy.

While NOT a lactose-free option, our cheese is A2 protein based, making it easier to digest. Goat milk contains slightly less lactose than cow milk (~1% less), but is primarily easier to digest because of the A2 protein structure. The molecules in A2 milk are MUCH smaller than those of a1 milk (cow milk) and therefore break down in our digestive tract much easier. Similarly, the physical structure of the molecules are simpler (very similar to the structure of human breast milk), so our bodies can break them down easier.

Goat milk contains higher concentrations of essential fatty acids (medium chain triglycerides), which are more easily converted to energy and less prone to fat storage. Goat milk contains 2x the amount of these essential fatty acids than cow milk! Goat milk is a terrific option for dairy lovers and non-dairy lovers alike, and provides a wonderful option for any sensitive tummies. Our goat milk is refrigerated very quickly, which gets rid of the 'tangy', 'goat-y' flavor you may be familiar with in past experiences with goat milk.
