• You need 250 ml of milk and 200 ml of whipping or cooking cream
• 1 envelope Dessert mix (68 g): sugar, corn starch, gelling agent: carrageenan; natural vanilla flavor, coloring agent: carotenes
• 1 envelope Caramelized mix (22 g): caramelized sugar and glucose syrup.

how to use-
In a saucepan, put Dessert mix (68g) with milk and cream added a little at a time, obtaining a lump-free mixture. Bring to a boil and boil over medium heat for at least 30 seconds, continuing to stir. Pour the cream into 4 molds ( 8 cm approximately), let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Preheat only the oven grill to maximum temperature for at least 5 minutes, keeping the door fully open. With a teaspoon, evenly distribute the contents of Caramelized mix (22 g) on the surface of the cream. Place the molds in the oven as close as possible to the grill and caramelise for about 1 minute. Leave the door fully open during caramelization. Serve immediately.
